On Saturday LoLo and I were in the kitchen making sammies.
Upon opening the fridge and seeing a jar with a lone pickle in it, she declared: “That pickle looks amazing. I must photograph it”
She grabbed the jar and headed outside.
I didn’t even ask….and that’s what makes me a ‘Mother of the year’ candidate.
Thus started a photo session with my big ol’ camera.
Behold.
Le’ lone pickle.
I suppose a good story teller would start this with: Well, there was this lonely pickle sitting by the pool…
And along came this cute and portly pickle loving frog.
Sadly, that will be the end of the pickle part of the story; for then the photographer was distracted by other beautiful things.

And sweet delicious ‘mater buds….freshly watered for your viewing pleasure.

The frog and the pickle is my favorite. I expect to see it on the cover of a book someday. She does have a great eye– and a great mom. 🙂

I love it that she just takes pics of whatever strikes her fancy. Very fun! I take pics of evverything too. But I can't say that I've taken any pickles outside though. : )

i too would like to know what happened to the floater pickle. did the famished frog frolic in the pool with it? did someone eat it or bury it? please don't keep us hanging…i won't be able to sleep tonight for worry of said pickle….lol. what great pics of the sky and buds. also, i want that lovely tomato! looks so wonderfully juicy. on a sammie with mayo, salt and pepper. yummo!
